Multi-Million Dollar Road Improvement Now Complete
Residents and business owners on the Indian Point Peninsula have a lot to be thankful for this year as a four-year project to improve traffic congestion is now complete. This includes a dedicated lane for easy access to the Indian Point and Still Waters Resort, two lanes going directly into Silver Dollar City, plus additional lanes installed on Highway 76 approaching Indian Point Road.
The 5-million dollar project was funded through Tax Increment Financing which captures sales tax increases at Silver Dollar City.
